Refund Policy

1. Refund Period

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchasing MediTalk paid services. Refunds are not available after 7 days.

2. Refund Conditions

A full refund may be granted if: you have not substantially used the service, the service was unavailable due to technical issues, or the service significantly differs from the description.

3. Refund Exclusions

Refunds may be restricted if: you have already viewed analysis results, more than 7 days have passed since purchase, or it is a simple change of mind (though one refund is allowed within 7 days).

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact support@gymwork.pro. Please provide the email address used for purchase and payment information. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For credit card payments, additional time may be required depending on the card issuer.

6. Partial Refunds

If part of the service has been used, a partial refund may be applied based on usage proportion.

7. Dispute Resolution

In case of refund disputes, we will first attempt to resolve through our support team. If no agreement is reached, it will be handled according to applicable laws.
